I am pretty desperate and I hope you guys can help me
I quit wow and other mmo games and decided to give aion a chance.
I bought the game yesterday, updateted it to 1.9, and when I tried to log in the pass and username didn't match. I changed the pass in the account management but it didn't work. I am from Europe, and found on some forums, that I need to change the game version in the launcher settings. I changed it to "Europe", and when the client restarted the info was Aion (North America), and it started to download the update again. wtf? I change it to Europe, and after the restart it starts to download US version??? When I put it back to "NA", after the launcher restarts info is saying just "Aion" and I still can't log in. I don't know what the problem is, maybe the store sold me some older version of the game with buggy client. I have sent the mail to technical support but no answer so far
